Associate

David Virrill, Jr. is an Associate concentrating in the area of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases of cooperative and condominium apartments, sales and leases of commercial properties, and financing of cooperative corporations and other entities. Prior to associating with our firm he was associated with Roper Barandes & Fertel, LLP, for which he represented clients in real estate transactions and also in all phases of entertainment and intellectual property matters, including acquisition and licensing of rights and services for stage and film productions and financing productions through private security offerings. Mr. Virrill is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Haverford College.
