Associate

Yosef Y. Weintraub is an associate in Levy & Boonshoft's commercial litigation department, and he is responsible for handling a variety of business disputes representing public and private companies. He joined Levy & Boonshoft, P.C. in 2005. Prior to joining Levy & Boonshoft, Mr. Weintraub practiced in the commercial litigation department at Gersten, Savage, Kaplowitz, Wolf & Marcus, LLP in New York City.

Mr. Weintraub is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Yosef is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers’ Association.
